3. Receive your package

Be stress free, we take care of everything! Be patient and we will deliver your purchases to your doorstep within 48 hours of the notification of sale and confirmation of receipt of the package by the carrier.

Become a seller

By clicking on the "+" button you will be asked to insert your phone number. Once this step is validated, you are a salesman!

This step is important because it is to this number where you will be paid the revenue from your sales.

1. Publish your items

Take a picture of your item, describe it, and set your price. A better picture: not pixelated, a better staging will help you boost your sales. Each item has a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Validate your orders

Sold! Pack your item (clean and without sealing the container) by marking the following recipient information in a legible way:

- His/her username

- Code of the order generated by the application

 - City or town

• Do not seal the package, in order to give the carrier the opportunity to check the contents.

3. Contact the carrier

You have 72 hours (3 days maximum) to contact the carrier who will take over the transmission of the package without fail.

Their numbers are mentioned in the sale notifications. Choose one that corresponds to your city. it will come to you and forward your package. You don't have to pay anything! Everything is taken care of by the buyer.

Payment

the "wallet", or the winda wallet is secure. it is only used to keep the receipts of the users. the salesmen will be able from this wallet:

- receive their receipts 

- make a transfer from the wallet to their Om/MoMo account at 0% rate

- see the listing of their incoming and outgoing transactions.

The day of payment

It should be noted that it is the buyer who will initiate the payment once in possession of his article. From the button "acknowledgement of receipt" the buyer will start the automatic payment of your due in your wallet deducted from 7% of the price of each article.

commission= 7% of the price of the article.

Our carrier

Bee Mototaxi is responsible for the collection and delivery of items within the application (at the expense of the buyer). Once in possession of a package Bee is solely responsible at that time.

The products on sale

You are entirely responsible for the article you put on line, as much on its quality as on its cleanliness. We count on your responsibility and the concern of the other members of the community.

The items must be :

• Clothing: dress, pants, lingerie....
• Shoes: tennis shoes, heels, ballerina ....
• Accessories: bag, belt, ...
• Jewelry: watch, ring, bracelet ...
• Beauty: perfume, make-up, hair...
• Toys

Status of an item in Winda

An article in Winda will have 5 states:

1. In the process of being validated: before an article is added to the application, the article will be checked by the platform administrators.

2. On sale: any article on the platform is available and accessible to all.

3. Sold/purchased

4. Blocked: any item placed in the basket will be blocked for this buyer for a period of 3 hours while waiting for the finalization of the purchase. After this time it will be put back on sale for other buyers.

5. Deleted: the administrators will be able to invalidate a publication not respecting the clauses, and / or an article whose salesman will not have delivered the parcel within the time will be removed.
