The items

We are not responsible for the quality of the items sold in the room sale.

The delivery

Bee Mototaxi is responsible for ensuring the delivery from start to finish: from the collection of the item from the seller to the hand delivery to the recipient.

The claims

In order to ensure the smooth running of the application, we will delete any malicious profile that several subscribers have reported after acquiring their order.

Complaints and refunds

Each seller has 72 hours (3 days) maximum to contact the carrier to forward the package. After this period, a message will be sent to you, notifying the cancellation of the sale. This will trigger an immediate refund, and the removal of the item in question.

The carrier has 48 hours maximum to deliver the package to the buyer. Exceeded these hours, you will be able to make a complaint of your parcel to the loan of the service complaint.( Contact us on whatsapp)

Return of an article

We can initiate a return process, when the buyer upon receipt of his package notifies immediately the non-correspondence of the article received to the article seen in the platform. He will initiate a process of claim to the service of claim by providing the elements of his dissatisfaction.

If this claim (request for refund) is proven and the abuse approved by the administrators, then the buyer will be fully refunded.

The additional costs and return of the item will be fully borne by the seller.

Method of payment

The money transfers within Winda are secured and ensured by the payment aggregator adwapay. From Orange Money and Momo accounts, you will be able to finalize your purchases easily and with complete peace of mind.

How does the Winda wallet work?

The Winda wallet is a secure wallet that allows the seller to :

1.  Receive the proceeds from the items sold
2. Can transfer their proceeds from the wallet to their Orange Money or MoMo account.
3. View the listing of incoming and outgoing transactions

This wallet is only used to store the user's receipts.
